We are excited to announce our new consignment service for eBay Auctions. Our Auctions service allows users to capitalize on the growing market for trading cards, toys, and collectibles by selling their low to mid-end items on our eBay store. TK Collectibles eBay Auctions are suitable for single trading cards, toys and collectibles valued between $5.00-$1,000 and will be listed as a 7-day, $0.99 no-reserve auction. Collections valued at over $1,000 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Trading cards: NHL, Garbage Pail Kids, NBA, NFL, MLB, Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Marvel. 

Toys: Hot Wheels, Monster Jam, Action Figures, Funko Pop!, Disney, Fisher-Price, Hasbro, Stuffed Animals. 

Collectibles: Coins & Paper Money.

Auction Rules

TK Collectibles Auctions currently supports single trading cards, toys and collectibles with a $5.00 minimum auction value and a minimum submission of 10 items.  (Minimum submission waived on items valued at $100+)

Please Note: The $5.00 minimum submission value does not include the shipping cost. If you are unsure of the value of your item, please send us an email prior to submitting a submission request.

Auction Fees

There are no up-front fees to consign new submissions directly to TK Collectibles Auctions on eBay. When a buyer pays for the auction, payment will be issued to you on the 4th business day after the item is delivered. The Transaction Fee is based on the auction sale price of each single card listing and is assessed when we receive payment from the buyer. Buyers have 3 business days to make payment for an auction and you will be notified if payment is not made and be given the option to relist the card. 

Payments:

Payments will be made on the 4th business day after all cards from your submission have been delivered to the customer. Payments will be made via PayPal (Check or Money Order by request for an additional $2.00 fee)

How To Submit Cards:

Send an email with an excel or google spreadsheet with the cards, toys or collectibles that you would like to sell with the approximate eBay auction value.

How your cards will be shipped:

Auctions with a value of $19.99 or less: The card will ship via eBay Standard Envelope in a cardboard envelope.

Auctions with a value between $20.00 - $100.00: The card will ship in a bubble envelope

Auctions with a value between $100+: The card will ship bubble wrapped in a box.

Frequently asked questions:

What happens if the buyer does not receive the card?

If the buyer does not receive the card and the tracking information shows that it was delivered, you will still be paid for the sale minus all applicable fees.

What happens if the card is damaged during shipment?

If the card is damaged during shipment, we will cover the refund cost to the buyer, and you will still receive the agreed upon amount for the sale.

What happens if the buyer wants to return the card?

All auctions are set up to not allow returns. A buyer has 3 business days in order to file a claim if they believe that the item was not as described. If this happens, we will cover the cost of the return and you will be paid the agreed upon amount for your sale. 

What happens if my inbound shipment is lost?

You are responsible for providing tracking and delivery information for all inbound shipments. (We only accept shipments from USPS, FedEx, and UPS). It is recommended that signature confirmation is required on all shipments valued over $200.00.
